We do not sell your personal information. We share your request details only with the licensed HVAC professional assigned to serve you, and with service providers that help us operate (e.g., messaging and scheduling tools), under confidentiality obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing communications, by contacting us below. Florida and other-state residents may have additional rights under applicable law.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide service and meet legal/record requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
